Top tips for exam candidates and course delegates
Maxinity provides the software through which you sit your exams (Maxexam) or book courses (Maxcourse).
This means that we are not directly involved in the organisation of those exams/courses ourselves.
We have tried to answer some of the questions we get asked most frequently below. However, if we have not covered your specific question then please contact your exam or course provider directly.
Exam Candidate FAQs
Not all devices and operating systems can run Maxexam. Click here to find out if your system meets the requirements. If not, please contact your examining organisation directly.
You will need to download the Maxexam Exam app. You may have received an email from your exam provider with details. If so, please follow the instructions included.
If you haven’t received an email, please navigate to the ‘Exam login’ page in your exam provider’s Maxexam site and login using your Exam ID. If you have further questions on this, please contact your examining organisation directly.
Course delegate FAQs
All upcoming courses should be listed on your course provider’s Maxcourse website. You can find a list of all potentially relevant courses under ‘Course list’ where courses can be filtered by location, subject and the date of the course.
There is also a useful area called ‘Courses of interest’ (often on the first page you will see). This displays courses that are close to starting and have high booking numbers, but where places are still available.
Please login to your course provider’s Maxcourse site and there is a section called ‘My Courses’. Your CPD certificates are downloadable from here.
You may need to complete your course evaluation to gain access to the certificates, so please check for any emails from your course provider.
